All RadCommSoft, LLC software is supported via the Contact form at radcommsoft.com/contact or via direct email at email@example.com.
This form submission will be followed up by support personnel via the email address provided on the form only. The submitter should expect a response within 24 business hours from the time of submission. Business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in the United States Eastern time zone.
NO telephone support is provided unless covered under a separate maintenance or support agreement. If a telephone call is required for support, that phone call will be at the customer’s cost if international in nature.
We will make every effort to resolve the support issue as quickly as possible.
